A: Clients need to provide specific project CAD drawings and inform us of the basic requirements of LED screen such as pixel pitch, application environment, installation way, maintenance channel so that we can issue you a competitive and rigorous solution and quotation after comprehensive evaluation by each department.
Q: What about the lead time?
A: It is depend on the project details and difficulty, customized project will be over 60 days refer to our experience.
Q: Do you also offer bases or LED display structures?
A: Normally, we only provide LED display products. For project products such as steel structure, cooling and air conditioning also can be provided, but considering the high cost for shipping and installation, we recommend our customers to make the structure locally. As a solution provider, we will provide structural and electronic drawings including steel structure drawings, power and data connection drawings, etc. according to the on-site conditions provided by customers.
Q: Can you describe HRG Display ordering process?
A: The ordering process is as follow, confirm customer drawings, place an order, project kick-off meeting, R&D design and draw PCB board, test and proofing, internal manufacturing, arrange installation details drawings.
Q: Does HRG Display provide the clients with training to operate the display?
A: Yes. Factory training for display operation, including software and hardware, as well as maintenance methods is provided free of charge. We can also provide on-site training, but additional costs should be borne by the client.
Q: How can ensure the installation sequence is correct because there are many different shapes of cabinets during the installation process.
A: We will mark the serial number on each cabinet to facilitate customers to divide the same type of cabinets. Your installation team can install logically according to the serial number and the cabinet layout diagram which is given by HRG Display engineers.
Q: How much does it cost if assign an engineer to on-site guidance for overseas projects?
A: It takes 150 US dollars per day for one person. Rule out tickets and accommodation fees from China to the installation site and these are at client expense.
